Nutrition Center Recipes
At Resource Center, we believe that healthy eating should be accessible to everyone. As an LGBTQIA+ organization, our food pantry provides nutritious staples to individuals who qualify for our Ryan White program, and this recipe collection was created to help you make the most of what you have. Whether you are cooking with pantry staples or just looking for simple, satisfying meals, you will find recipes here made with ingredients you can find in our pantry.
Recipe of the Week
Ground Turkey Meatballs with Pasta
Baked ground turkey meatballs tossed with pasta in a mix of marinara and crushed tomatoes, finished with parmesan. The meatballs go in the oven instead of the pan, and the whole dish comes together with a short list of pantry staples.
Food Forecast
Take a look at what’s coming your way. This list previews the food items we expect to have on hand, based on generous donations and deliveries from our partners. Because availability can shift, think of it as a helpful preview rather than a fixed guarantee — but we’re always working to keep our shelves stocked with what our community needs.
