Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Ground turkey is browned with onion, garlic, and ginger, then tossed in a savory sauce of soy sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Shredded carrots are stirred in until tender-crisp, and the mixture is spooned into chilled butter lettuce cups. Topped with green onions, sesame seeds, or sriracha, it's a light, flavorful, low-carb Asian-inspired meal.
