Please read the guidelines and submit the form below.

• Requests must be submitted via Community Outreach Request Form no less than thirty (30) days prior to your event
• Requests submitted later may still be reviewed, but we may not always be able to accommodate them
• Please allow at least two (2) weeks to receive a response to your request
• Be sure to complete all sections of the request form
• Providing clear and accurate details help us respond more quickly and avoid delays
• Requests are reviewed based on community impact, availability, and resources
• Submitting a request does not guarantee approval
• Mobile Unit requests may require additional planning and review
• Do not use our name and logo in promotions without prior approval
• Notify us as soon as possible if event details change
