For gender-diverse, transgender and nonbinary individuals, access to gender-affirming care is essential to wellbeing. That’s why Resource Center provides an array of programs and services designed to support the mental and physical needs surrounding gender identity and expression.
For patients 18 and older, low-cost HRT and hormone management is available to support medical transitioning. Major insurance and self-pay accepted.
Gender-affirming primary care services include general health, chronic condition management, PrEP/PEP access, STI/HIV+ testing and treatment, hypertension, weight loss, diabetes, flu shots and vaccinations and smoking cessation. Major insurance and self-pay accepted.
Resource Center offers medical letters of support for people seeking our HRT services. For established counseling patients, we can also provide assessments and clearance letters for gender confirmation surgeries or legal services (e.g., name change, gender-marker change). Please note that your eligibility for a clearance letter may be determined by your insurance, surgery center or other service provider.
Our counseling services offer in-person and virtual (i.e., telehealth) mental health services for individuals, couples and relationships with LGBTQIA+ affirmative-trained staff. Our therapy is client-driven, respectful and culturally sensitive. Major insurance and self-pay accepted.
As part of our FaCES—Family and Community Empowerment Services—we offer group meetings that include social connections, supportive services and skill-building sessions for our clients and their loved ones.
