Health Campus:
Located at 2701 Reagan St., the food pantry and hot meals program are open for both in person and curbside service:

Additionally, at the Health Campus, Case Management, Intake and Eligibility and Insurance Assistance are open.
Routine primary care visits at LGBTQIA+ Health, located at the Health Campus, are conducted via telemedicine or in-person. Call 214-528-0144 to schedule an appointment.
Nelson-Tebedo
Located at 4012 Cedar Springs Rd., Nelson-Tebedo appointments for gender-affirming health care and PrEP available via telemedicine or inperson
Routine HIV/STI testing is available, however no there is currently no walk-in testing. Call 214-528-2336 to schedule an appointment.
STI treatment for symptoms and positive tests continues as well by appointment only: 214-528-2336.
Community Center
The community center located at 5750 Cedar Springs Road is open for Youth First, THRIVE and Women with Pride programs.
Behavioral Health and counseling located at the Community Center, are now seeing patient both in-person and via telemedicine. Call 214-393-3640 for more information
Dental Health: Located at 9535 Forest Lane, Suite 230 in Dallas is currently limiting the number of procedures offered but will continue to offer virtual and in-person visits where appropriate for emergency exams. The smoking cessation program is currently on hold. Call Dental Health at 214-540-4463 for emergencies.

Mpowerment Programs
Located at 2600 Stemmons Fwy., Suite 188, Dallas 75207 United Black Ellument, FUSE, and Genderbrave are all open for in-person and virtual programming, however masks and social distancing are required for when meeting in person.
