Resource Center Health: A One-Stop Shop of Affirming Services
- Primary Care
Previously provided at LGBTQ Health, these services include annual physicals, general care, chronic-condition care, hormone management, PrEP access, STI treatment, hypertension management, weight loss programs, diabetes care, smoking cessation — plus flu shots and vaccinations.
- Gender-Affirming Care
These essential services include hormone replacement therapy HRT and management for ages 18+, affirming primary care, HIV and STI prevention services, PrEP access, and pertinent referral services.
- HIV/STI Testing, Treatment, and Prevention
Formerly offered at Nelson-Tebedo Sexual Health Clinic, these services include HIV testing, same-day onsite antiretroviral (ART) therapy, STI testing and treatment, mass condom distributions, lab work, vaccinations, and outreach to at-risk communities.
- HIV Client Services
Designed to help low-income people living with HIV/AIDS, we offer a wide array of services, including case management, medical care, daily hot meals, a food pantry, and other assistance governed and partially funded by the Ryan White Care Act.
